About the role
As an F&B Supervisor at Mercure Townsville, you will play a key role in overseeing the seamless operation of the hotel's food and beverage services. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality environment located in Townsville, Queensland.
What you'll be doing
* Supervising the daily operations of the hotel's restaurants, bars, and conferencing services
* Supervising and training a team of hospitality professionals to ensure exceptional customer service
* Overseeing inventory management, stock control, and cost-effective purchasing
* Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are prepared to the highest standards
* Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and responsive manner
* Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to drive revenue
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
