ATLAS Recruitment is working with a respected civil engineering consultancy in their search for a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Leader.
This role will lead design direction across a diverse portfolio of projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality, integrated project outcomes.
Requirements
A tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering discipline
10+ years’ engineering or architectural design experience
Solid leadership skills with the ability to guide project vision and design narrative
Experience overseeing project teams and delivering integrated design outcomes
Strong understanding of regulatory standards, NCC and Australian Standards
Competence in design and technical reviews within your specialty
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in Civil3D, Revit, Bluebeam, Drains, Music and Adobe Suite
Strong time management, attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
