The role involves overseeing the service desk team, contributing to IT strategic planning, and ensuring effective IT infrastructure and support services management.
* Oversee service desk team operations and delegate tasks accordingly.
* Contribute to the development of IT strategic plans.
* Ensure IT contractors meet their obligations by providing hands-on support.
This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and cybersecurity frameworks. Experience with VMware vSphere, backups, software license management, SSO integration, and O365 administration is also necessary.
The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, and an understanding of cabling standards.
