Job Overview:
As a key member of the Group Accountability Team, you will play a crucial role in embedding accountability within our culture. This involves partnering with stakeholders across the Group to promote awareness and understanding of accountability, ultimately driving more efficient and effective decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably as a generalist, change manager, or culture specialist. They will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in people and organizational change programs, with a strong understanding of regulatory environments and BEAR legislation.
The successful candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. They will also be analytical, with a high attention to detail, and have a growth mindset.
* 5+ years of HR experience, ideally as a generalist, change manager, or culture specialist
* Proven ability in people and organisational change programs
* Understanding of regulatory environment and the BEAR legislation
* Knowledge of Westpac group divisions and existing relationships
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Analytical and high attention to detail
