Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills?
Wallaroo Hospital and Health Service is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our dynamic team on a casual basis.
In this key role, you'll be providing essential administrative support to both our clients and staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality administrative support in line with established practices.
Maintain client records, data entry, and word processing to State Records Standards.
Support the Administration Team Leader and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Process accounts and assist in information provision to clients.
Participate in team meetings and assist less experienced staff with their professional development.
What We're Looking For
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proven ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to change.
Demonstrated commitment to customer service and team collaboration.
Experience in customer service and record maintenance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software tools.
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Equal Opportunity principles.
