The Opportunity
We are excited to announce that we are looking for an exceptional individual to lead and inspire our team.
This Area Manager position is responsible for managing the commercial cleaning operations within the South West region.
The Role
Based in Bunbury and working closely with your Group Operations Manager, your focus will be hiring, training and supporting your multi-site cleaning teams and ensuring delivery of HT Services high quality standards in line with client expectation and contract terms.
You will promote continuous improvement in our cleaning standards, efficiencies and provide superior customer service to our clients.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the cleaning services within your sites including training, monitoring rosters and recruitment of cleaning staff
* Complete a broad scope of tasks across your working week, with the large majority of your time spent at site constantly liaising with cleaning staff, and our valued clients, addressing issues, performing inspections, training, ordering consumables, team events and admin tasks
* Coaching and developing your team to meet our clients standards
* Strong organisation and time management skills are essential to self-manage your multi-site portfolio responsibilities
* End-to-end Area Management role including liaising with high-end property managers, property tenants and clientele
* High operating standards as locations run autonomously with you in the lead
* Some regional travel required

About you:
* Must really care about achieving cleaning quality with a high attention to detail being critical to success
* You will possess a "can-do" attitude, be reliable, professional and a strong communicator, be willing to mentor and empower staff.
* Previous experience managing medium to large teams, preferably multi-site
* Knowledge of cleaning operations is highly valued
* Ability to build rapport with clients through establishing and maintaining a positive relationship, displaying a strong sense of professionalism and communication skills
* Excellent time management, problem-solving and organizational skills
* Someone who enjoys a fluid ever-changing workplace where no two days are the same
* Enjoys building and managing a positive team culture
