A role that shapes the future Reporting to the Regional Manager, Ultrasound, the Operations Manager will oversee the operational management, governance and commercial responsibility of SUFW. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will coordinate service delivery across all SUFW clinics and ensure teams consistently deliver best-in-class patient care. Working collaboratively with a well-established leadership team, the role will play a key part in implementing SUFW’s strategic plan, while identifying efficiencies and process improvements across the business to enhance patient experience and maximise resources. You will also be responsible for resolving day-to-day operational matters, supporting organisational growth, and fostering a high-performing, values led culture across the network. Regular travel across all SUFW clinic locations will be an inherent requirement of the role, enabling strong leadership presence and consistent operational support across the business. This is a highly influential leadership opportunity, with a strong focus on developing leadership capability across the clinic network. Acting as a trusted partner to leaders, you will provide coaching, guidance and support across a broad range of operational and people-related matters, empowering teams to lead with confidence, accountability and consistency. A pivotal leadership role underpinned by Care and Commitment, your responsibilities will include: Engaging the Leadership team and key stakeholders in aligning local service delivery with a nationally consistent approach in patient experience and scientific delivery Leading the development and implementation of the organisation’s strategic direction Managing and monitoring revenue and expenditure and taking appropriate and timely measures to address variances as required. Establishing effective working relationships with Clinicians that drive value and growth, while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies, procedures and protocols Ensuring efficient and effective procedures are developed to enhance patient experience delivery Providing day to day support, coaching and mentoring to direct reports, strengthening leadership capability across the network and supporting leaders through complex operational and people matters Supporting leaders in fostering high-performing, engaged and accountable teams aligned to the Monash IVF Group principles Responding to critical incidents and operational challenges with professionalism, sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach Working collaboratively with Marketing to identify and define the customer experience Ensuring effective communication is delivered to internal stakeholders and patients The leader we’re looking for Working alongside industry-leading clinicians, you will join a team of leaders dedicated to the Monash IVF Group Principles - to Care, Collaborate, Communicate, Commitment and Create in support of our Monash IVF Mission to help bring life to the world. We are looking for candidates with the following qualities and expertise: Postgraduate tertiary qualifications in science, healthcare or a business-related discipline advantageous Demonstrated operational management experience in previous roles Proven ability to develop, coach and influence leaders to build high-performing teams and positive workplace culture Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills A sense of curiosity and a desire to always strive for excellence Contemporary and broad knowledge of the NSW healthcare sector Knowledge of healthcare quality systems, accreditation processes and regulations Advanced project management skills and demonstrated business and commercial acumen Ability to navigate complex conversations with respect, integrity and open disclosure A desire to lead others and accept accountability for outcomes Knowledge of customer (patient) service and measurement of patient (NPS) and employee experience Demonstrated influencing capability across a complex stakeholder base A willingness to embrace the Monash IVF Group Mission and Principles Why work with us?
