ResponsibilitiesWe're looking for a welcoming, professional and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Reception team at Fiona Stanley Hospital.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, delivering a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
You'll play a vital role in creating a friendly and supportive environment while ensuring smooth access to hospital services.Greeting and assisting patients, visitors and staff at the hospital reception desksProviding clear and courteous directions and information about hospital facilities and servicesManaging visitor access and ensuring security requirements are metHandling enquiries in person, over the phone and via email with professionalism and empathySupporting hospital operations by following established procedures and escalation processesCollaborating with colleagues across Facility Management to provide an exceptional experience
QualificationsExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environmentA calm and professional approach during high-pressure or sensitive situationsPrevious experience in a front desk, reception or customer-facing roleHigh attention to detail and accurate data entry skillsA current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)Desirable: experience in a healthcare, hospitality or call centre environment
