We're currently seeking a reliable and motivated Driller's Offsiders to join our growing team. This is a permanent full-time role from Day One — no casual contracts.
About the Role:
As a Driller's Offsider, you'll support the driller with daily operations including setting up and dismantling rigs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety standards are upheld. You'll need to be physically fit, safety-conscious, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
* Valid manual driver's license (HR license highly regarded)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
* Willingness to work in remote locations and in physically demanding environments
* Prior experience in drilling or labouring roles preferred but not essential
