About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised HR & Recruitment Officer to support workforce growth across our landscape construction, lot packages and maintenance departments. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting and onboarding skilled and reliable personnel to meet operational demands across multiple project sites and states. This is a full-time permanent role based in our Burswood Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end to end recruitment processes for field and office-based roles
* Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and project timelines
* Source candidates through job boards, industry networks and referrals
* Screen resumes, conduct interviews and coordinate selection process
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for high demand roles (e.g Gardens, Supervisors and Operators)
* Coordinate pre-employment checks including validating qualifications, tickets and reference checks
* Prepare employment contracts and facilitate the onboarding processes
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting metrics
About You
You're Someone Who
* 1-3 years experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition (construction or landscaping industry preferred)
* Strong understanding of blue-collar recruitment process
* Ability to manage high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
