* About the role
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Club Manager in obtaining leads and converting them into membership sales. You also contribute to the administration of the club by undertaking general administrative tasks which are mainly as a result of the sales process. This role will be casual for 1-2 rotating shifts
Some key tasks may include:
* Lead sourcing and conversion into members
* Assisting the manager in day to day operations
* Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S)
* Administration work including emailing, phone calling, filing
* Building community values with the locals and making Snap Fitness Horsham the place to train!
* Assisting in social media production
About you
You are an energetic, passionate and goal-driven professional, with a proven ability to hit targets. You thrive in an upbeat work environment and love creating relationships with members and have the following:
* Be people-focused and highly organised
* Have experience in sales/retail/admin in a busy fast paced environment
* Have experience in problem solving
Must have qualifications:
* Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or higher qualification).
* Must have appropriate police/working with children check.
