Senior Public Relations Strategist
About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven PR professional to lead strategic communications and brand storytelling for a leading global company. This role reports directly to senior leadership and is pivotal in shaping public perception, building brand equity, and driving awareness of the company's innovative products.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the narrative of one of the world's fastest-growing brands. You'll be responsible for developing and executing impactful media strategies, managing press relationships, driving thought leadership, and ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute integrated PR strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing plans.
* Media & Influencer Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive positive coverage.
* Content & Communication: Write, edit, and distribute press releases, speeches, and other media materials that reflect the company's values and voice.
* Events & Sponsorship Support: Partner with internal teams to plan and execute media events, product launches, and press conferences.
* Brand Reputation & Crisis Management: Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, using insights to inform PR strategy.
* Stakeholder & Agency Management: Manage the external PR agency and serve as the primary liaison for media and external stakeholders.
* Performance Reporting & Budgeting: Measure PR effectiveness through media tracking, coverage analysis, and engagement metrics.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; experience in automotive industry highly desired.
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or automotive product marketing.
- Strong understanding of premium/luxury positioning, emerging EV trends, and customer behavior.
- Proven success managing integrated marketing campaigns and working with creative/media agencies.
- Excellent project management, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high ambiguity.
