Sales Community Specialist Role Overview
This is a sales and business development position where you will be responsible for growing Apple products and services in partner stores.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and conduct product demonstrations to customers
* Train partner staff on the latest Apple products and services portfolio
* Engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem
Requirements
* Availability to work a regular schedule at our partner stores, reliably attending work as scheduled
* Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, challenges, and concerns
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to connect and influence the right people inside and outside of Apple
