Our client is a well-established building services provider who has been a trusted name in the industry for over four decades. Specialising in insurance claim management and property damage repairs, the organisation is known for delivering seamless, end-to-end support to clients during challenging times. Due to their increased work load, a claims consultant is required to join their team.
Your new role
As the Claims' consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating and lodging insurance repair claims through to completion
* Scheduling property assessments and coordinating repairs
* Liaising with the customers, trades and insurers to ensure a smooth process
* Tracking works progress using our job management system
* Preparing and managing documentation
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:
* Previous experience as a claims consultant for either the insurer or within building services
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail
* The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
* The ability to multitask and manage a high volume workload
