Job Title: Community Support Worker
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Support Worker to provide in-home care and support to clients living in their own homes.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support with daily activities, including showering, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Assist clients with medication management and adhere to individualized care plans.
* Support clients with transportation to appointments and community-based activities.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and implement strategies to ensure client safety.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification.
* A current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum).
* Roadworthy and insured vehicle for work purposes.
* Experience working with older adults and individuals with disabilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
