You’ll manage a complex caseload, build capability in others, and shape best-practice care across sites. Create impact through research, education and strong clinical leadership. Duties Manage complex clinical caseload Leader in providing trauma informed practice and support best practice outcomes for patients and their families Provide expert advice to staff and leaders Provide support and or clinical supervision to AHP1, AHP2, students and Allied Health Assistance as required Build capability across teams and sites Lead quality improvement and research projects Contribute to education and training programs Collaborate with multidisciplinary and community partners About You You’re a confident senior clinician who brings deep expertise, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to person-centred care.
