What We're Looking For
You'll bring:
Proven experience in caravan, motorhome, or RV repair and maintenance
Strong capability across 12V electrical, plumbing, gas, and appliances
Confidence working independently in a mobile service environment
Skills in fault finding, accessory installation, and minor cabinetry repairs
A trade qualification in a related field (Automotive, Carpentry, Boat Building, Cabinet Making, etc.)
A current driver's licence
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism
About the Role
This mobile role offers variety and independence, with the backing of a well-established dealership.
Your responsibilities will include:
Attending scheduled mobile service call-outs to customer locations
Diagnosing and repairing faults across 12V, plumbing, gas, and structural systems
Performing RV servicing and preventative maintenance
Accessory installations and upgrades
Minor interior and cabinetry repairs
Accurately updating job reports, repair orders, and parts usage
Maintaining strong product knowledge across Jayco and RV systems
