Duties
- Install, commission, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments at customer sites
- Deliver on-site and remote troubleshooting and technical support to customers
- Operate instruments with precision to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Train customers on equipment use, maintenance, and best practices
- Diagnose faults and perform timely repairs on instrumentation
- Validate system performance through parameter testing
- Manage service-related inventory and documentation
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers
Please Note: This role involves frequent travel across Australia & New Zealand. A company vehicle will be provided to support your work in the field.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Science or Engineering
- Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation
- Industry exposure in petrochemical, refining, or industrial lab environments (highly regarded)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Solid computer literacy and technical aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
