* Accurately input and manage data using relevant software, databases, and tools.
* Foster strong working relationships with clients and contractors.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Prior experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication, active listening, and phone skills.
