Human Resources Manager (Part-Time) 2-3 days per week
This newly created, part‐time role will provide both hands‐on HR support and strategic advice to the executive team. With approximately 50 staff and no standalone HR function currently in place, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in strengthening compliance, improving workforce practices, and supporting organisational change.
Reporting to senior management, you will operate across two key dimensions:
Transactional HR
End‐to‐end recruitment support, including role design and selection processes
Formalising onboarding and offboarding processes
Managing employee records and HR documentation
Reviewing, developing, and maintaining workplace policies and procedures
Providing advice on Fair Work compliance, awards, and employment conditions
Strategic HR
Supporting executive leadership through organisational and workforce planning
Advising on performance management and employee relations matters
Assisting with culture development and change management initiatives
Supporting the implementation of new reporting lines and structural realignments
Providing pragmatic, risk‐aware HR advice aligned with organisational goals
About You
Proven experience in a senior HR role
Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, awards, and compliance obligations
Experience supporting organisational change
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A practical, solutions‐focused approach
