This role is key to building strong relationships, managing customer orders and enquiries, and supporting smooth end-to-end service delivery. Success Factors: Prompt, accurate handling of quotes, orders, and enquiries. Proactive coordination with sales, logistics, and production to meet customer needs. Effective resolution of complaints and invoicing issues. Strong product/process understanding with commitment to ongoing learning. Ability to build trust, support the team, and deliver consistently high service standards.
