**Job Description**:
**What you'll do**
Our** Sales** teams are full of talented individuals who partner with our customers - whether that be dealerships, agencies, automotive manufacturers, corporates or finance and insurance companies. They're passionate about ensuring we remain a market leader, providing best in class services and offering tailored solutions to our clients and customers. We have multiple sales teams who look after different client bases, so there are plenty of opportunities to move teams and learn something new if you're wanting to broaden your skillset.
This is your opportunity to join our **Corporate Industry and Leisure** (CIL) team. Put simply, our CIL team look after "anything that isn't cars" - bikes, boats, caravans, finance, insurance, aftersales and whatever else comes to mind.
You will be building relationships with our current clients as well as developing and fostering relationships with new contacts. If you are results driven, we need you to come in and take ownership for growing business across CIL. You'll be growing revenue through business development, managing pipelines, account management and development.
- Building and managing relationships with our key accounts(Non-Auto Manufacturers, Aftermarket, Finance and Insurance) and relevant agencies, but also going out and building relationships with new clients.
- You will be the key point of contact for any marketing and advertising solutions across our key accounts.
- Develop and support advertising solutions that deliver growth of revenue across the CIL area.
- You will be generating and cultivating new business opportunities. You'll build and manage pipelines, new business prospects and develop a clear plan for continuous and sustainable growth.
- Gathering data, insights, results and anything else you need to create engaging and moving presentations to be delivered to prospective and current clients.
- Coordinate all elements of campaigns (internally & externally) to ensure that every client's campaign is delivered to the best of its ability and that all advertiser expectations are met.
**Qualifications**:
**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously).
- You'll come with a track record achieving sales targets within the _Media or Digital Media landscape_.
- A can-do, proactive work ethic and a result driven mindset - you'll be a self-starter with the hustle to kick down the door, hit the ground running and do whatever it takes to get the job done!
- An articulate communicator (both on paper and in person) to build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Someone who can create and deliver engaging and influential presentations to variety of audiences on all levels.
- Proficient using CRM systems such as Salesforce as well as presentation tools as PowerPoint
- Relationships with clients within the Industry & Leisure space would be a bonus.
