About the role
Austek Spray Seal is seeking experienced Cockerel Truck Operators to join our team in Dubbo, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the delivery of our construction projects. As a Cockerel Truck Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery, delivery and spread of pre-coated aggregate to support our spray Sealing operations.
What you'll be doing
1. Operate Cockerel trucks in a safe and responsible manner on construction sites
2. Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials
3. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on assigned vehicles
4. Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations
5. Work collaboratively with the wider construction team to ensure project deadlines are met
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 1 years' experience operating Cockerel trucks in a construction environment
2. Relevant licences and certifications, including a HR or HC driver's licence
3. Strong knowledge of construction equipment operation and maintenance
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
5. Commitment to workplace health and safety
6. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
