An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced **Finance Officer** to join our team in **Somerton, VIC or Austins Ferry, TAS **as a Manufacturing Services Officer. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will provide finance and administration support to the Roads business. You will ensure data regarding our manufacturing operations is accurate, transparent, and standardised across the business.
**About You**
You will possess sound knowledge of financial processes ideally gained within the construction, manufacturing or reconomy industries. You will also have:
- Experience with the creation of Purchase Orders, Invoice Matching, and Receipting Accruals.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.
- An understanding of the stocktake process.
- Proficient data entry skills gained in a busy work environment with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
- Hands-on experience in processing high volume transactions - raw material purchasing, and logistics transactions (advantageous).
- Proven customer care skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally to stakeholders around data requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet set and sometimes demanding deadlines.
