We're seeking a Group Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services across our international operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and exceptional customer experience.Though based in Australia, this is a truly global role —you'll lead service delivery across Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, China, and other regions, managing a diverse team and driving continuous improvement in service quality, cybersecurity, and ICT operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and drive consistent IT service delivery across the Group, ensuring alignment with SLAs and business objectives.Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team of direct and indirect reports.Drive service performance through KPIs, issue resolution, and process optimisation.Champion cybersecurity strategy and ensure the protection of technology assets.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Contribute to the ICT strategy and Transformation roadmap, aligning technology with business goals.About You You're a seasoned IT leader with a global mindset, known for your ability to lead remote teams, manage change, and deliver results in complex environments.Essential Qualifications & ExperienceTertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology.Minimum 5 years in ICT leadership across multiple regions.Proven experience in cybersecurity strategy and IT infrastructure.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, remote teams.Formal Project Management certification.Experience in cloud hosting, server technologies, and network systems.Why Join Us?
