This position supports front office operations and patient experience in Hyde Park and Beverly locations.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our team.
The PSR is vital to creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, assisting with the check-out process, and supporting day-to-day front office operations.Duties And ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly mannerCheck in patients and address individual needs or concernsVerify and collect insurance information, co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balancesSupport administrative tasks and maintain accurate patient recordsCross-trained to assist with medical assistant duties as neededPerform additional tasks and responsibilities as assignedRequirements / QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 2 years in a healthcare position preferredGood verbal and written communication skillsBasic knowledge of computers and office equipmentPatient-focused with the ability to work independentlyCapability to adapt quickly and thrive in a rapid-paced environmentScheduleMonday - FridayTravelLocal travel is required to locations within your assigned geographic region.
You may be required to occasionally travel outside of your assigned regional area to support other regional coverage needs.
