We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in the Melbourne region. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
* Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage and action inbound customer calls and enquiries in a timely manner.
* Process documentation and data entry accurately and efficiently within required timeframes.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
* Work closely with Operations, Sales, Administration and Management to ensure the flow of information.

About You:
Experience in a similar role, including high-volume customer support is essential. Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail are also required. The ability to work well within a team and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement is highly valued.
