**The Role**
Due to business growth in our Canberra office, we are looking to expand our Professional Services team.
We are always keen to talk to great experienced Recruiters or those who are looking to step into a new career in recruitment and our current vacancies include:
2 x Professional Services Recuitment Consultant to work within both our Commerical and Government sectors.
Reporting to General Manager, you will join a small but growing team of Consultants who enjoy a fun and supportive environment where everyone is valued and recognised for their hard work.
You don't necessarily need experience in recruitment to be successful, show us you are a driven individual with the hunger for success and we will provide you with all the training and tools you need.
**What you will be doing**:
- Running targeted business development campaigns to approach new Clients
- Meeting with new and existing clients to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
- Working collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets
**About you**:
To be successful in recruitment you must be driven by success. As a natural networker you will also need to be a confident, determined person and have excellent communication skills.
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years within a professional sales or Business Development role
- Experience within a Client focused recruitment environment would be highly regarded
- Previous experience working with multiple clients and meeting their requirements
- Very Resilient and persistent
- Self-motivated with the competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
