We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.
Role Overview:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals in their homes and the community, assisting them to live as independently as possible and achieve their NDIS goals.
* 2 Permanent Part-time roles available, based in Kirwan
* 30 hours per fortnight minimum
The successful candidate must be available at short notice and are required to work weekend shifts, sleepovers, and morning, day, or evening shifts as needed.

* Proactive, taking initiative to meet the needs of those you support;
* Strong communicators, able to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members;
* Flexible and adaptable, open to learning and adjusting to varying support needs;
* Team-oriented, working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
* Experience in both one-on-one and group support settings;
* Experience working with challenging behaviours is desired;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills;
* Flexibility to work varying shifts;
* A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
