Cancer CareWound HealingAging and Dementia CarePalliative CareChronic Conditions ManagementHealth Services InnovationWorkforce PreparationWhat you need to succeed Completion of a doctoral qualification in the relevant discipline area or equivalent accreditation or standing and current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority plus additional certification required for ongoing clinical practice or clinical supervision (Blue Card, CPR, first aid, and full vaccination including an approved COVID19 vaccine).Demonstrated experience in providing leadership in an administrative role in a University or professional setting and record of successful interaction within these settings.Record of experience in teaching effectively including the ability to develop scholarly and learning and to supervise postgraduate students.Record of research leadership and/or independent contribution to research/scholarship evidenced by publications and/or success in attracting research support.Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing practice and education, cultural safety, and/or experience in practice and education related to another clinical specialty.Demonstrated ability to develop networks and to liaise at a high level with members of external organisations.Life at QUT We're committed to building a culture that fosters connection between people and purpose.
