What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Deliver customer service excellence and product knowledge to customers at the Newcastle store.
- Provide personalised solutions and build rapport to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming store environment and share learnings.
