We are seeking a skilled and experienced pastry chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing high-quality pastries and desserts in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining excellent hygiene standards, working collaboratively with the kitchen team, and achieving consistent production of cakes and pastries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Formal pastry qualification (Cert III Patisserie or equivalent)
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a professional kitchen
* Good knowledge of pastry fundamentals (doughs, creams, sponges, tarts, etc.)
