About the role 
As the first point of contact for our customers our CustomerService Officers add genuine value to our customers through a range of simpleand straightforward banking products and services. Based at our MarrickvilleBranch, you will be reporting to one of our passionate Customer Service Manager.Responsibilities include: 
- Greets customers with a smile and enthusiasm, andpro-actively explores their needs 
- Identifies potential product and service offerings to addgenuine value 
- Manages a client portfolio through a robust calling program 
- Refers lending and other product or service opportunities toour retail and business bankers 
- Provides a delightful customer experience to each and everycustomer 
- Resolves customer queries with straightforward and practicalsolutions 
- Maintains prudent records of every customer interactionthrough Salesforce 
- Understands and adheres to all policy, process, risk andcompliance requirements
