An exciting opportunity exists for various Utilities (All Rounders, Housekeepers, Dining Room Attendants, Tavern Attendants and Kitchen Hands) to join our team at a mining village in Bowen Basin on a 2 weeks on 1 week off roster, DIDO Bowen Basin or regional QLD.
Position:
Reporting to the onsite Department Managers, the primary objective of these roles is to effectively complete all the Cleaning, Dining Room and Tavern operations within our remote village camp.
The goal is to exceed customer expectations in regard to the general level of services within the village.
Responsibilities
Effectively complete Cleaning, Dining Room and Tavern operations within a remote village camp.
Work to exceed customer expectations regarding the level of services provided.
Maintain professional conduct and communication with site leadership and colleagues.
Qualifications and Requirements
Pass a Queensland Coal Board Medical and Functional Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
Standard 11 surface mining induction or willingness to obtain.
Ability to obtain a National Police check.
Previous experience working in a remote setting is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location, Rosters and Benefits
Location: Bowen Basin region, remote mining village.
Roster: 2 weeks on, 1 week off (DIDO Bowen Basin or regional QLD).
Salary: Competitive, full-time permanent.
