In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with a dynamic team to support the safe, secure, and effective operation of our facilities, handling gen-eral maintenance tasks and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.As a Tradesperson in the Facilities Maintenance team, you’ll make a positive impact by:Providing day-to-day responses to identified issues and failuresPerforming general facilities maintenance and minor repairsConducting scheduled preventative maintenance as outlined in the Asset Management PlanEnsuring compliance with National and State legislation in all tasksCollaborating with subcontractors and teams to deliver maintenance and project management servicesPromoting a safety-first attitude and ensuring all tasks are completed safelySerco is a place for youYou are a proactive and reliable individual with a strong background in general facilities maintenance and building repairs.
