About the role:
As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go-to and support for the store's senior leadership team.
You'll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department.
By leading by example, you'll work with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well-oiled machine.

What's involved:
Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
Help onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
Ensure merchandising standards meet business requirements
Manage and coordinate stock effectively
Who we're looking for:
Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team.
You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
