* Maintain high standards of sales performance, meet daily targets and control expenses effectively.
* Monitor and improve quality control processes, minimize wastage and shrinkage by identifying seasonal or current quality-related issues within the department.
* Inspect all stock arriving shelf-ready from centralised factories as required.
* Oversee stock management, ensuring timely deliveries meet store requirements.
* Drive team engagement and improvement on store presentation standards through proactive communication and support.
* Prioritise excellent customer service, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
