We are a growing team of 50+ people, working primarily remote, headquartered in Australia and consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe.About The RoleAs Programmatic Sales Manager for AUNZ based out of Sydney, you will be driving and winning programmatic revenue from agency, brand and platform partners, as well as grow existing agency / brand / platform businesses' programmatic spend.Role Responsibilities:Prospect, qualify, and close new programmatic business with agency, brand and platform partnersSignificantly grow existing programmatic revenue book of businessWork with the Sales Director to implement sales strategies across various market segments to further accelerate advertiser and business growthDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve programmatic revenue targetsBuild robust relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, promoting programmatic adoptionEffectively articulate the value proposition of game advertising, and our programmatic advertising solutionsCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., Campaign Operations, Advertiser Success, Product) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfactionPresent live demos of our buying platform 'immersiion' virtually and in-personManage and track sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenueParticipate and lead agency workshops / presentations driving programmatic game advertising adoptionStay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape within the programmatic advertising and gaming spaceRole Requirements:4+ years of relevant sales experience with 3+ years of experience driving programmatic sales in an agency/advertiser-facing rol eWork closely with the Sales Director ANZ to define a Go To Market strategy, prioritizing based on existing relationships and mid/long-term potentialStrong understanding of real-time bidding (RTB), private marketplaces (PMPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), Ad exchangesProven track record of exceeding programmatic sales targets and closing complex dealsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a hybrid business setting (remote and in office days)Detail-oriented, analytical mindset mixed with an outgoing personalityExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with exceptional attention to detailAmbitious with values of collaboration, agility, and willingness to challenge the status quoGood to have:Prior hands-on experience working with DSPs, SSPs, or other AdTech platformsExperience in game advertising salesPrior knowledge of Sales/ CRM tracking tools like Hubspot
