Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose, install, repair, and maintain PC hardware and software.
* Install, troubleshoot, and optimize desktops and laptops.
* Resolve network connectivity issues and manage cables.
* Support network administration tasks like user account management.
* Assist with hardware and software upgrades and patches.
* Train and support end users and staff.
* Collaborate with analysts and administrators for desktop environment efficiency.
* Manage customer requests via ticketing system.
* Maintain organized work areas and perform administrative tasks.
* Manage hardware spares and perform tasks for sister properties.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent; associate's preferred.
* At least 2 years in hardware support and maintenance.
* Technical training and certification may substitute experience.
* Must obtain A+ certification within 12 months.
* Experience with Ghost Imaging, Iseries, Blackberry a plus.
* Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP, DNS.
* Experience with Office software and network printers.
