We’re looking to add multiple coaching roles across Australia. We’re selecting applicant suitability over geography so if you’re able to meet the pre-requisites we’re happy for the right individuals to work remotely.
The Business
Entrepreneurial Business School (EBS) is the #1 Business Coaching company on the planet. We are committed to transforming business owners into entrepreneurs, coaching every level of business, wealth creation and personal development. The company has a high growth strategy with expansion to 10 recent countries in the next 7 years and growing from 15 to 100+ Business Coaches globally. The business was founded by Bruce & Georgie Campbell who are still involved in the business as CEO & Principal Business Coach and Chief of Philanthropy Officer respectively. The Head Office is on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia, with offices in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the Philippines and India. You will contribute to a growing team of 40+ professionals helping small business owners realise financial and social change through skill and mind-set transformation. These roles are required to support growth, expansion and demand in Australia.
EBS embraces opportunities to support selected charities through fundraising initiatives and events. Over the last 5 years EBS and its client community has donated over $3 million and 250 bicycles to charities. EBS also undertakes humanitarian trips and established a registered Australian charity, Mission Abundance Foundation.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic business professional to join our Coaching team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business coaching, ownership and/or leadership, a deep understanding of business operations, and exceptional interpersonal skills. As a Business Coach, you will work closely with clients to help them define goals, develop strategies, and overcome challenges to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Assist clients in setting clear, achievable goals and developing actionable plans to reach them.
- Provide guidance in leadership, management, marketing, sales and operations.
- Identify challenges and obstacles and offer practical solutions.
- Hold clients accountable for their progress and provide regular feedback and support.
- Share personal experiences to mentor clients through various business scenarios.
- Analyse business performance metrics and help clients implement improvement strategies.
- Offer motivational support to keep clients focused and committed.
- Connect clients with valuable resources, contacts and networking opportunities.
- Help clients balance personal and professional lives to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a business coach, business owner and/or business leader.
- Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of empathy, motivation and dedication to client success.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Certification in business coaching or related field is a plus.
Desired Qualities
- Passion for the success of yourself and others; highly motivated and self-starting.
- Results-driven with a track record in high-value services.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and brand representation skills.
- Professional presentation, attention to detail and ethical approach.
- Driver’s license and reliable car; computer literacy; Mac knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client locations and events; not a clock watcher.
