THE ROLE
As Accounts Officer you will provide support to the finance manager. This role provides support to The Signal Group's management team and is a key link between Signal and Mulpha's finance departments.
Key responsibilities will include;
* Daily bank reconciliation
* Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
* Accounts payables & accounts receivable
* Assist with month end reporting
* Participate in operational activities with the management team to improve bottom line results and operational efficiencies
* Raising invoices, credits, and purchase orders
* Reviewing all payments and expenses, including purchase orders, payroll and invoices
* Responding to queries from suppliers, customers and staff
YOUR BACKGROUND
* Previous accounts administration experience ideally within the manufacturing industry
* Experience with business process improvements
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Experience in CRM and ERP software
* Understanding of Xero highly desirable
