Based in the Integration Management Office (IMO) in the Curriculum Domain at the City West CampusFull-time fixed term contract until 31 December 2025Salary range $100,080 - $112,143 per annum plus 17% superannuationAbout the roleYou will work with colleagues across both institutions and senior Integration Management Office (IMO) staff to manage program and course configuration and related academic administration processes for the new Adelaide University Curriculum Management System. You will provide expert advice on academic policies and procedures, and you will be responsible for development and ongoing maintenance of system features and functionality to ensure that academic, administrative, strategic and legislative requirements are met.Core ResponsibilitiesLead and provide expert advice on CMS configuration to align with Adelaide University's goals, including data entry, user testing, training, and transitioning to operational support.Develop and manage test plans, support integration and user-acceptance testing, and oversee solution implementation.Coordinate and track program deliverables, ensuring timely progress, risk mitigation, and quality reporting in collaboration with project stakeholders.Review deliverables, analyse program activity, support resource planning, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Apply consistent project delivery practices using IMO systems, templates, and documentation; support key meetings and stakeholder engagement.Act as a reference point for the interpretation of University policies, build strong relationships across institutions, and foster a collaborative, service-focused culture.Essential Skills and ExperienceStrong knowledge of curriculum management, student administration systems, policies, procedures, and pedagogic theory.Proven ability to manage complex information systems using advanced analytical skills, database tools, and Microsoft applications.High-level organisational and administrative skills with experience in managing information system projects and applying project management methodologies.Skilled in operating as a software specialist within diverse and distributed service environments.Experienced in gathering client requirements, analysing business processes, conducting fit-gap analysis, identifying risks, and developing effective solutions.High level oral and written communication skills including experience in leading and mentoring small groups, producing complex business requirements and reports, functional specifications, test plans, and development and provision of high-level training.About the Curriculum DomainThe Integration Management Office (IMO) has established functional areas which are referred to as Domains. Each Domain is responsible for executing tasks and producing deliverables that are crucial to the establishment of the new Adelaide University.The Curriculum domain is responsible for managing Curriculum Design, and Transition, including Program and Course Development, supported by Learning & Teaching Technologies.
