* Contributes to client account teams on Professional Talent Solutions.
* Develops a general understanding of business, financials, services and the market(s) of focus.
* Creates sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
* Provides responses to senior colleagues on clientsâ€TM inquiries, ensures client satisfaction and contributes to client retention.
* Helps resolve client complaints or issues, ensuring client satisfaction is restored - typically behind the scenes or when non-complex.
