In this role, you'll
* Support the preparation of planning approvals and statutory submissions.
* Lead and mentor juniors.
* Conduct research and analysis of planning legislation and schemes.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and recommendations for clients.
* Work with job managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
* Contribute to project outcomes.
* Communicate with councils, state agencies, and community stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
* Recently completed or near‑completed tertiary qualifications in Urban & Regional Planning.
* 3+ Years of industry experience required.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A keen interest in statutory and strategic planning processes.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple projects.
* Familiarity with QLD planning frameworks is highly regarded.
* High attention to detail and strong research capabilities.
