ACCIONA is hiring a Project Administrator to support the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant project in Perth, WA. The role involves day‐to‐day administrative and operational support for the site‐based project team, enabling safe and productive construction activities.
Responsibilities
* Manage executive calendars independently, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
* Coordinate executive travel, including ground transportation and detailed itineraries, handling last‐minute changes effectively.
* Facilitate onboarding, PPE distribution and all site‐related activities.
* Handle confidential correspondence, reports and presentations.
* Plan and coordinate medium‐sized events, track budgets, liaise with suppliers and negotiate vendor services to ensure alignment with event budgets and objectives.
* Support document control processes and assist with procurement, timesheet entry and reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Competencies
* Minimum 3 years in a site‐based project administration role.
* Experience in renewable energy, construction or rail projects highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills, able to work under pressure and handle conflicting priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveying information clearly.
* Fluent in the Microsoft Office suite and related software packages.
