What You'll Do
* Be the trusted advisor for your landlords, providing tailored guidance on lease renewals, rent reviews, and property performance
* Maximise rental income and minimise vacancies by proactively managing property portfolios
* Ensure all compliance obligations and legislative requirements are met
* Maintain accurate property records and reporting for your portfolio
* Work closely with your team to support business performance, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement
About You
* Must be a senior Property Manager with over 3 years' experience in residential property management
* Strong relationship management skills, particularly with landlords
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Proactive, strategic thinker with excellent decision-making skills
* Knowledge of property management legislation and compliance requirements
* Comfortable with property management software (Property Tree experience preferred)
* Class 1 or 2 Licence
