Job Opportunity: HR Advisor
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrate expertise in Employee Relations, providing guidance and support to leaders on negotiations and advice
* Oversee and manage portfolios, providing HR advice and consultation to the business on policies, procedures, initiatives, and strategies
* Partner with the HR team and Business Leaders on HR matters including performance management, talent management, engagement, and remuneration reviews
* Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style to the broader organization
* Conduct workplace investigations and provide advice and support on these matters
* Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of training needs within the organization focused on company policies, processes, and improvement
Requirements:
* Considerable experience in developing high-quality HR solutions to enable a business to achieve its key goals and objectives
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to establish and maintain sound relationships with stakeholders
* Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Highly organized and efficient individual with excellent time management skills
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proven ability to handle confidential information
* Good understanding of employment law and best practice HR principles
