Are you passionate about creating ice cream and frozen desserts? We're looking for a part time and eventually full-time Pastry Chef/Ice Cream Maker to join our team at our ice cream pastry studio on Glenferrie Rd, Hawthorn.

We are committed to using high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques to create flavors that evoke the essence of Japan while offering innovative twists.
About the Role:
* Job Type: Part time/ Full time
* Expected Hours: Around 24-38 hours
The ideal candidate:
* Proven experience as a pastry chef or ice cream churner in a professional kitchen or artisanal ice cream shop.
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A positive attitude with a can-do spirit and a keen eye for detail.
