Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans for support
* Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve client outcomes and enhance their quality of life
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
* A car and licence
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
