Junior to Intermediate Lawyer – Wills & Estates | Caloundra office

Due to significant growth, an opportunity has arisen for a confident Junior to Intermediate Lawyer to join their Caloundra team. The role will focus on wills, estate planning, administration, and litigation. The work mix will include:
* Estate planning – Drafting testamentary documents such as Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPOA), Memorandum of Wishes, and Advance Health Directives (AHD).
* Estate Administration – acting for executors in the administration of deceased estates.
* Estate Litigation – to a lesser extent.
Ideal Candidate
* Two years to five years PAE.
* Early career experience in Estate Planning, Estate Administration, or Estate Litigation (or transferable skills with a strong interest in Wills & Estates).
* Excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
